In 2023, Brittany was able to leverage her compliance knowledge and personnel training experience to pivot into Real Estate, where she helps real estate professionals buy and sell property more efficiently by simplifying transaction processes.

As the lead transaction coordinator at Transaction Ease Realty Solutions, Brittany has also demonstrated her leadership skills by training a team of process coordinators in her unique transaction compliance system, resulting in significant improvements in associate morale, operational efficiency, personnel retention, and inventory management.
